Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind autographed and certified collectibles, some pieces (such as full-size helmets, framed items, and canvases) may require additional handling time and are shipped with extra protective packaging and insurance.

Returns & Exchanges

All of our items are authenticated, autographed collectibles. Due to the unique and certified nature of these products, all sales are final except in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged in transit
• The item received does not match what was ordered
• The item's authentication is found to be invalid

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@primeonesports.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund.

Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If an item is damaged, keep all original packaging and materials, and contact us right away so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right.
