This ticket is to be purchased for an inscription to be added to an item you will mail to us to be signed in your absence at the November 19, 2024, signing in Tampa, Florida.
MAIL-IN DEADLINE: Thursday, November 14, 2024
This ticket will be valid for one (1) inscription add-on of the purchased tier (basic or premium) for an item to be signed by Baker Mayfield in your absence at our event in November of 2024. This ticket includes INSCRIPTION only and must accompany a purchased Baker Mayfield Mail-In Item Autograph Ticket.

You must fill out the Mail-In Item Form and send in, filled out appropriately, with your item(s). View and print the Mail-In Form HERE.
Items will be shipped back within a reasonable time after 11/19/24.
Additional Notes - Mail-In INSCRIPTION ADD-ON Ticket Baker Mayfield:
- No inscriptions are permitted to be added to an item that the player has signed previously. Inscription(s) must accompany an autograph ticket. Items that have been signed previously by other players are ok as long as the player's autograph ticket has been purchased in addition to this inscription ticket.
- Any words in addition to the signer's name are considered an inscription or personalization and require the purchase of this ticket option. Multiple Inscriptions require multiple tickets.
- Items previously signed by other players have a 1-inscription maxiumum.
- This ticket option is ONLY for mail-in items that have a Baker Mayfield Mail-In Autograph Ticket accompanying.
